How Truewind Built a World-Class Engineering Team with Paraform Min Read
The following is a case study from Paraform, a recruiting marketplace. It shares the experience of two engineers, Davi and Push, who joined Truewind with Paraform's help.
Hiring the right engineers can make or break a startup, but finding people who are the total package—skilled, aligned with your vision, and a cultural fit—isn’t easy. That’s where Paraform stepped in for Truewind, helping them connect with two standout engineers who checked all the boxes.
Meet Davi Candido and Push Tiwari. Their paths to Truewind offer an inside look at Paraform’s recruiting process, and why it’s so effective. In this Q&A, Davi and Push reflect on what drew them to Truewind, how Paraform made their job search easier, and tips for companies looking to attract the best talent.
How did Paraform help you find the right opportunity?
Davi: A recruiter using Paraform reached out to me on LinkedIn and introduced me to two software engineering roles. The first option was interesting, but it didn’t completely align with what I was looking for. The second opportunity they shared was Truewind, and it felt like a much better fit.
I started learning everything I could about Truewind—its mission, the role, and the team’s culture. What excited me most was the chance to work with AI and machine learning applications to help companies improve their operations and efficiency. That combination of innovation and impact caught my attention, and I was eager to move forward with the recruiting process.
Push: My experience was similar to Davi’s. Paraform really took the time to understand what I was looking for in my next role—not just the technical skills I brought to the table, but also my long-term goals.
What stood out the most was how personalized the whole process was. They kept me in the loop at every step, shared useful details about each role, and made it easy to understand how a company’s mission aligned with what I wanted. From the start, I was only given matches that actually made sense.

What stood out to you about Paraform’s approach compared to other recruiting experiences?
Davi: I didn’t use the Paraform platform directly—the recruiter did. But what impressed me was their ability to understand my profile and match me with opportunities that aligned with my skills and career goals.
I’ve been on LinkedIn for years and have used other job platforms, but this was the first time that a recruiter really nailed it. I never felt like I was getting random job listings; they were great at curating options that reflected my interests and aspirations. That personalized approach made all the difference.
Push: Same here. What I liked about Paraform was how much thought they put into finding opportunities. The recruiter I worked with clearly understood both sides—what Truewind needed and what I was looking for.
I received a lot of context about Truewind’s culture, mission, and goals, which made it easy to see how my skills could fit into their vision. It made me confident that this wasn’t just a shot in the dark; it felt like Paraform was invested in finding the right match for everyone involved.
What made Truewind the right fit for you?
Davi: From the beginning, I felt the position meshed well with my experience and goals. After my first interview, I was impressed with how the engineering team thought about and solved technical challenges.
As I went through the recruitment process, I had the chance to meet different members of the team and experience the company’s culture as well. After that, I knew this was a place where my skills could shine and that I could grow a lot professionally. By the final interview, I felt confident that this was the company I wanted to join.
Push: For me, Truewind just clicked. The team was welcoming, and the onboarding process made everything feel smooth right from the start. I’ve been able to dive into some really exciting technical projects since I joined, which has been both challenging and rewarding.
What I love most is how collaborative the team is. Everyone’s on the same page—especially when it comes to building solutions—and it’s motivating to be part of a company where your work makes a real difference for customers.

Based on your experience, do you have any advice for early-stage startups looking to hire top talent?
Davi: For startups, it’s important to understand what your company needs and what the candidate is looking for in their career. Recruitment is a two-way street, and compatibility is key to making the right placement.
Having effective tools, like Paraform, can save a lot of time and energy by focusing on opportunities that are genuinely aligned. I’ve had experiences with cold outreach that didn’t match my profile, and it always ends up being a frustrating experience for both sides. A more targeted, thoughtful approach makes a big difference.
Push: Startups need to highlight what sets their roles and culture apart. Engineers want to feel like they’re part of something exciting and impactful, so it’s important to communicate what makes your company unique.
I also agree that it’s worth investing in tools like Paraform to find candidates that align with your mission. Also, clear communication throughout the process is critical too. Keeping candidates informed and being transparent about what you’re looking for goes a long way in building trust and making the experience smooth for everyone involved.
How do you see Truewind contributing to your professional growth in the long term?
Davi: Truewind provides a unique environment where I can combine my passion for AI and software engineering to make meaningful contributions. Working here not only allows me to grow my technical skills, but also be part of projects that genuinely help businesses improve their operations.
Push: Truewind is an amazing place to grow. I’ve had the chance to tackle serious technical challenges and work with really talented people. Long-term, I see this as a company where I can keep sharpening my skills while taking on more leadership responsibilities. Our focus on innovation and teamwork is setting me up for success, and I’m excited to see how we grow together.
